SALARY: £45,000 – £50,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the Head of the company
  • Dealing with third parties
  • Creating business plans
  • Providing Finance support
  • Dealing with HR tasks (contracts, recruitment etc)
  • Setting up procedures and policies for the company
  • You will be responsible for setting up and analysing budgets, cash flows, balance sheets etc Performing other ad-hoc tasks

 

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

  • 4+ years of experience on a manager’s position
  • Knowledge of UK immigration and employment law
  • Familiarity with office procedures
  • Experience in creating business plans, cash flows, working with balance sheet
  • Ideally, a degree in Finance
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent Russian and English languages

  • Excel
  • Sage
  • Access
  • PowerPoint
  • Project management software
