Duties and responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Reconcilliation
  • Sales ledger: raising invoices, sending statements, reconciling payments, query resolution and chasing payments
  • Dealing with suppliers (negotiating costs etc)


Candidate specification:

  • Experience working in a busy environment
  • Proactive, energetic person, able to work on own initiative
  • Experience using Bookkeeping/Invoicing software
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Russian and English languages
